Why we built Motari
Motari was built by operators, not outsiders. Our team ran the technology behind a car-services marketplace with 500+ providers across the UAE, and saw the same story in workshop after workshop.
Great mechanics were losing customers' trust to paperwork: lost job cards, endless “is it ready?” calls, and quotes nobody could verify. Tools built for big dealerships didn't fit independent 2–10 bay garages, and nothing was built for how the GCC actually works: WhatsApp-first, multilingual, and bound by ZATCA and FTA rules.
So we built Motari: AI-native garage management that starts on WhatsApp and makes transparency the default. Qatar first, then the wider Gulf.
